All currently appointed local pastors and newly licensed local pastors taking ALPS-TWK-Holston courses must submit one transcript with their ALPS-TWK-Holston 2027 registration form. Request your transcript from cos@gbhem.org. The transcript must show completion of COS 121 and COS 122, which are required prerequisites for all other COS courses. If you have not completed both courses, register for them first; COS 122 may be taken before COS 121 if needed. To request an exception to take another course before completing COS 121 and COS 122, contact the COS Director at bnye34@gmail.com. Include your phone number and the course number you are requesting.
Submitting a registration form confirms that the student has read these policies, intends to take the listed courses, and accepts responsibility for all required fees.
